We Messed Up
Well, folks, we messed up. In the whirlwind of running a budding business, tweaking designs, and perfecting products, we somehow managed to let the holiday shipping deadlines sneak past us faster than Santa down a chimney.
First off, we owe you all an apology. If you were planning to wow someone with one of our products under the tree this year, we’re sorry to say it might not make it in time. Unless, of course, you’re planning to hand-deliver your gift in a sleigh powered by reindeer. (If you are, please let us know—we have some questions.)
Now, here’s some better news: select items can still make it under the tree! For any print-on-demand products—like clothing, household items, mugs, and similar items—we can offer express shipping up until December 16, 2024, for an additional cost. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
As for our 3D-printed items, it’s a bit more complex. Due to the nature of 3D printing and the fact that we’re currently running a small print farm with just one printer, we might be able to ship smaller, single-color prints in time for Christmas, depending on your order. Larger or multi-colored prints, however, can take up to 3 days to print and prepare for shipping. If we can get your 3D-printed item out the door by December 16, there’s a chance it may arrive before Christmas. Reach out to us with your specific request, and we’ll see what’s possible!
Before you start crafting a “Bah Humbug” email or scolding us in rhyme like the Grinch, let us assure you: we’re learning from this! Next year, we’ll put shipping deadlines on the calendar with more exclamation points than a Black Friday sale flyer.
In the meantime, if you have questions about an existing order or just want to vent about how much wrapping paper you still have to buy, feel free to contact us. Seriously, we’re here to help. We might not be able to turn back time, but we’ll do our best to make things right.
Thank you for understanding and for supporting our small business. Whether it’s a late arrival or a “New Year, new gift” situation, we hope our products bring some joy—whenever they arrive.
Wishing you and yours a magical holiday season (and a patient postal carrier),
The Team at BMS Imaginarium
